No long term rentals allowed, only short term rentals.

Please turn off room electric heaters when you are not in the room
At check out, please strip sheets off beds and place in laundry room, along with towels for cleaning service to wash
At check out, please place dishes in dishwasher and start it
If staying overnight on a Monday, please place trash in cans out on the front yard for garbage pickup on Monday evening.
Additional Cleaning/Replacement Fee will be charged for stained bedding, towels, furniture or broken or damaged property.
