House Rules

Entry Code will be provided on arrival date at 3pm. Check in is at 4pm
Do not tamper with video camera on property
Only toilet paper down the toilet please
Please use cutting board provided in the kitchen. Do not cut directly on the counter
Please leave kitchen area the same way it was found
House is equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Guests will have to purchase their own groceries

The space
This unique, lovely cottage is equipped with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bath. A trundle bed for two single beds in the living room. A BBQ grill outside. Semi loop trail on the property, where you can enjoy wildlife and beautiful sunsets over the ocean.
Guest access
A code will be provided by 3pm on arrival day. If you wish to leave the gate open while on the premises, be sure to place a rock in front of each gate so they don’t swing back and forth with the wind.
Once you retrieve the key from the combo lockbox to the cottage and open up the cottage, please place the key back in the lock box, don’t take it out of the premises
Guest interaction
A check-in code will be assigned to you on the date of arrival for access to the cottage. The Wi-Fi access will be sent to guests on the day of arrival as well. Homeowners are sometimes at the other house on the property. Feel free to approach us if you see us outside or through Airbnb messaging if we are out of sight. We respect your privacy and space and expect the same in return.
Neighborhood overview
The beach is right across the road. You can either walk there and cross the road and go down the pretty trail or you can bring your vehicle at park it at the parking lot next to the trail. It is a very private beach, and you will see very few people if anyone at all. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees. You can see the ocean and the beautiful sunsets from the property as well. The town of Brookings, OR is only about a 5 min drive.

There is parking available on the property.
