If laundry facilities are used during your stay. Please treat the machines with care. Dryer lint trap must be emptied with every use
Do not move furniture. If cleaning crew has to move furniture to its rightful place, there will be a fee
Make sure that all items are removed from rooms and laundry before check out. A $50 fee will be charged if arrangements need to be made to return forgotten items
Check in time: 4pm. Early check ins are only granted if available and with prior approval at a $20 per person

WiFi connection can be weak at times.
Please be mindful to leave home as you saw it and that if there are any damages or items missing, you will be charged
Wash & Unload dishes prior to check out
Place all used towels in laundry basket in the laundry room
Leave used bedding on beds & unused beds as is
Dispose of all trash in garbage bins. Garbage service is every Thursday at 6am. If staying on a Wednesday night, we ask that your place garbage can at the end of the driveway, next to the road for garbage pick up.
Leave all lights and AC/HEAT OFF when you leave the home
